attentive management spotlessly clean peaceful terrace thin door guest noise ground floor
The team and management took very good care of everyone. Everything looked brand new and spotlessly clean. I found the terrace lovely and very peaceful for breakfast.
The room was on the ground floor. A single thin wooden door separated it from the hotel entrance lobby. The noise of other guests coming back to the riad disturbed us AT night.

FANTASTIC stay!
helpful staff kind manager great location fantastic stay
The staff were SO helpful and kind. Gislain and the Manager were AMAZING. I can recommend the Hamman and massage. It was wonderful! The location is GREAT. It's central to the souk. I had a fantastic stay here. I will come back.
The room was located on the ground floor with a single thin wooden door separating it from the entrance lobby. At night time the noise of other guests disturbed us. to this there was no way to open the window to ventilate the room.

The Junior Suite included lots of space and nice decoration. Everything was luxurious. The bed offered maximum comfort during my whole trip. I loved the GREAT shower too.

The rooftop pool offers fine views. It is superb. The spa provides a wonderful experience with a GREAT hamman. I really enjoyed my time.

Breakfast was excellent with a choice of local products. Eggs are available upon request. This is very useful. The rooftop restaurant is cosy and nicely lit, with heaters if required.

attentive staff rooftop pool room darkness sound proofing
the staff was very attentive and helpful. the rooftop pool was a great amenity. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the location was central and convenient.
the room i stayed in felt a bit dark. there was noise from the lobby that could be heard in my room. the soundproofing could be improved (especially at night). the spa treatments were somewhat disappointing.

The service was great! The staff were very attentive and helped with taxis. They really took care of our needs. The spa was also good.

really good stay
really good staff easy access
the staff were really good every single member were great too make us welcome and comfortable i complimented the lovely fragrance throughout the public areas of the hotel one of the wonderful receptionists sourced some for me she ensured it was decanted into small bottles for travel. the location is fantastic close to the medina gate so it's easy to get taxis and also in the heart of the medina so all points of interest are in easy walking distance
we arrived and had to wait for our room i checked into the room it was nice but no kettle was available a decent coffee would be appreciated. if you stay on the first floor you will be woken up by the noise of moving furniture on the rooftop in the early hours

rooftop pool fresh fruit separate sinks
The rooftop pool IS fabulous and offers amazing views. Breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, and omelets made to order. The room had two separate sinks, which I LOVED. I really enjoyed the spacious bathroom, it had a rainfall shower.
The gym is quite small and only had a few pieces of equipment.
